Track Delivery displays reports about email delivery attempts from your account and allows you to trace email delivery routes.
On your cPanel home page,
- Go to Email and click on Track Delivery.
- In the search box Recipient Email, enter the email address to be traced and click on Show All or Show Blocked & Failed.
A delivery report table will appear
- Under the field name Actions, click on the letter i.
A window with details will open.
The icons below correspond to the different messages delivery status.
